I have been watching people for several weeks and am saddened by the value they seem to put on their lives.  Value according to is relative worth, merit or importance. If people valued their lives, they would not do anything that would hinder their lives. People would eat healthy, exercise often, socialize in person, communicate with friends and family, and treat people with love, dignity and respect. The bible says, “Love thy neighbor as thyself!” I always have! I use to hate me and showed similar disgust to others.

When I realized the relationship I had with myself and my God I realized why I so devalued my life. I was sure that God was unhappy with me and was equally sure that there was no salvation available to me. When I realized that Jesus tried to convince us that God was grace, or unconditional love and never withheld love from me or anyone else I was freed from a life of fear and hatred. It is me through my free will that separated me from God’s grace and it is me that must surrender to God to have my spiritual life restored. It is in that surrender that my value was restored as I realized my true spiritual nature.

When I realized my true perfect spiritual nature I relaxed to my human nature and began to let and not make. I surrendered my struggle and strife. I surrendered my need for power and control. I surrendered my need to judge. I surrendered my life and its outcome. I live in wonder and awe to God’s will for me and look forward to my life as it unfolds under God’s care. I realize my value and knowing that God has no favorites, I realize his grace is equally given to all living creatures. I hope you all can realize your value in God’s eyes and accept it in your hearts. If you want to know your value, remember…

Your Life is PERFECT!

About Randolph Ek

My name is Dr. Randolph Ek, Mpsy.D. I started life as one of five children of an alcoholic father. The physical and mental abuse nearly destroyed my life. In fact my self-destructive behavior nearly landed me in prison. I eventually was guided to an alcohol/drug counselor and he directed me to a rehabilitation center. Since that time I have spent more than thirty years devoted to helping people find their ultimate potential. We can blame our negative, spiraling life on victimization but until we accept responsibility the power we need is beyond us. When we accept our part in our lives and surrender to a higher power, which I choose to call God, intervention is immediate. God allows us to realize our true power. We are all made in God’s Image and Likeness and have all the power of the universe at our disposal. We are not victims; we are volunteers and once we believe this truth our lives become limitless. God wants us all to have our heart’s desire and he will deliver whatever we continually think about good or bad. Unless I start my day off powerless and humble I cannot make the spiritual connection required to tap into God’s limitless power. God loves mankind and refuses to leave anyone behind. We can go willingly or we can be dragged to salvation. Pain is merely a symptom of spiritual separation mind, body and spirit. Realize, your individual limited resources, seek help, join others in their quest for spiritual understanding. Realize that all religions are right, yet they are also incomplete.
