Do you have sufficient stamina? Are you capable of following through with your dreams? defines stamina as strength of physical constitution; power to endure disease, fatigue, privation, etc. When things are hard people tend to lose their stamina. They tend to lose their focus, their desire, their dreams. Failure is caused by a loss of stamina. The loss of stamina is normally a byproduct of a fuzzy dream, poor plans or a lack of support. We must remember that God put over seven and a half billion on the planet for a reason and I believe that reason is so that we can all help each other be the best we were meant to be.

To find the stamina I need to reach my goals I must start with a powerful dream. When I have had a dream for a while I am haunted with thoughts, which start my journey. I sit down and plan my approach. Even though my plans may change I cannot expect any success if I don’t start with a plan. When my plan is clear, I share it with others. I share my ideas and plans with others for two reasons. First I need input from another source of thought attributable from my friends. And secondly I look for as much help as I can find to guarantee my success.

Once I have a plan and a support group I begin my excursion with a logical time frame in order to know when I may need to change my plans in order to achieve my dream. We must never forget that God has a job description. God’s job is to answer prayers so I pray fervently throughout my junket in order to receive intuitive thought. I exploit any opportunity in order to increase my stamina and follow my dream to fruition. The final product I achieve will usually not be the exact snapshot of my original dream but it usually is beyond what I could have originally perceived. If you want to increase your stamina remember…

Your life is PERFECT!

About Randolph Ek

My name is Dr. Randolph Ek, Mpsy.D. I started life as one of five children of an alcoholic father. The physical and mental abuse nearly destroyed my life. In fact my self-destructive behavior nearly landed me in prison. I eventually was guided to an alcohol/drug counselor and he directed me to a rehabilitation center. Since that time I have spent more than thirty years devoted to helping people find their ultimate potential. We can blame our negative, spiraling life on victimization but until we accept responsibility the power we need is beyond us. When we accept our part in our lives and surrender to a higher power, which I choose to call God, intervention is immediate. God allows us to realize our true power. We are all made in God’s Image and Likeness and have all the power of the universe at our disposal. We are not victims; we are volunteers and once we believe this truth our lives become limitless. God wants us all to have our heart’s desire and he will deliver whatever we continually think about good or bad. Unless I start my day off powerless and humble I cannot make the spiritual connection required to tap into God’s limitless power. God loves mankind and refuses to leave anyone behind. We can go willingly or we can be dragged to salvation. Pain is merely a symptom of spiritual separation mind, body and spirit. Realize, your individual limited resources, seek help, join others in their quest for spiritual understanding. Realize that all religions are right, yet they are also incomplete.
