My father died at 45 years of age from a massive cerebral hemorrhage. None of his brothers lived past sixty years of age from heart and blood pressure problems. My mother’s side of the family suffers from heart failure and diabetes. I have been told that I have a high risk of having these similar disorders. I believe at worst I have a propensity to these disorders but I am not guaranteed to end up with family problems. Propensity, according to Dictionary.com, is a natural inclination or tendency. This may mean that I have acquired family DNA or it may mean that I have acquired the habits or behaviors through living in a dysfunctional family.
I have studied psychology, physiology, heredity, nutrition, etc., which can all lead to family health problems. If nothing changes; nothing changes. I may have a propensity to family health problems built into my DNA but with proper care and constantly updating my daily input I can overcome a death sentence. I am the master of my life and refuse to allow my past to design my future. The roadmap to my future is based on my NOW!!! If I am willing to correct my direction I can design improvement in my destiny. Over a year ago I changed my WOE (way of eating) to Ketogenics. Many of the physical, mental and spiritual defects have been corrected merely by eating in a way that satisfies me in every area.
When my body is satisfied with proper exercise, healthy food, nutrition and proper vitamin and mineral supplements, it treats me lovingly with great health. My thinking is sharp, my blood pressure and pulse is perfect and my energy level is high. My thoughts are moral, my intuitive mind is alive, my patience is increasing, my stress is low. These attributes help me to realign my propensity toward good health. I am the master of my life. God has blessed me by granting me my heart’s desire. I have made this possible by making my heart’s desire God’s desire for me. I align myself to God through prayer and meditation. If you want to know how to improve on your propensity to poor health remember…
Your Life is PERFECT!
