According to Dictionary.com physiology is the branch of biology dealing with the functions and activities of living organisms and their parts, including all physical and chemical processes. Having a healthy metabolic state is paramount toward a great life. We must realize that to have a healthy physiology we must also have a balanced personage. As a metaphysical psychologist I realize that mind, body and spirit are indivisible. Each separate part of us is anything but separate.
The mind affects the spirit, through distraction and the body, or what the bible described as “the Temple,” directly. The body affects the mind, through poor nutrition and the spirit, through misappropriation. The spirit, when scrutinized, can enhance the mind and the body or through spiritual neglect can leave the mind and the body malnourished. Our physiology, psyche and spirit must equally be nourished and also must be kept keen through constant exercise.
To exercise our physiology, we must maintain physical strength through weight and aerobic training. Psyche calisthenics are achieved by losing oneself through broadening one’s horizon and challenging one to constant wonder and awe. The spiritual gymnastics are constant prayer, or talking to God, and persistent meditation, or listening to God. If one has provided all aspects of one’s personage with proper nutrition and exercise, one can expect miracles to happen as a regular life experience. If you want to know what you need to work on remember…
Your Life is PERFECT!
