Our average age at death is slowly being extended but at what cost. It seems we are treating many diseases; with which we have no cure. We continue to treat symptoms but rarely treat the disease. The key to health is soundness and vigor. Many people consider themselves healthy as they take dozens of pharmaceutical products. they eat poorly, exercise very little and refuse to change their poor health habits. Good health requires discipline. One must watch what we eat, exercise regularly, read and question our ideas and philosophies. The brain is the master computer of the body and the art of thought is one we all must master if we are to be in maximum health. We must remove whatever works against our health.
One of the most neglected of all the healthy habits is prayer and meditation. When we make contact with the power within the universe we find our thinking will respond instantly. With God’s help we can achieve a mind that works on the plane of inspiration and perfect balance. With the brain working perfectly the information sent to all the body is also perfect.
