It is interesting, how in our society, we can have a common experience with such varied perspective. The far left and the far right are so sure their perspective is correct that they are willing to exterminate each other. Perspective, according to Dictionary.com is the state of one’s ideas, the facts known to one, etc., in having a meaningful interrelationship. We must remember that in Zen Buddhism, it is said, “You don’t see the world as it is; you see it as you are.” I am guided by filters. The truth is that once we move away from our living in automatic we open ourselves to new information that will move us to the truth instead of our truth.
God isn’t a past experience or a future experience so we must not live in either of these perspectives. We must live in the now, open to spiritual inspiration. We cannot have a perception and allow ourselves to be guided by God. All my truths have allowed God’s generosity to bring me to my present and if I want to stay open to God’s grace I must live my truth, while staying open to new truth. It is faith in a power greater than myself that keeps me from relying on my own understanding. My past life, prior to finding my current relationship with my God, is a testament to my life and will in self-will.
My perspective today is based on a conception of God so large that it includes religion, science, history and most of all intuition. I continue to research all information that crosses my path. I do not look for God I try to gain perspective through my own experience, strength and hope. I have been blessed with a life that came to me. I used ideas, dreams, goals, wins, losses, success & failure to guide me toward my ideal life. God is constantly helping to mold my perspective and can only do it with my voluntary surrender. It is through surrender that my life has become great and not through any greatness on my part. If you want to gain new perspective remember…

I have been saddened for some time now realizing the lack of accountability in the world. I have been an avid opponent to political correctness since its inception. Victimism is a lack of accountability. Accountability, according to Dictionary.com is the state of being accountable, liable, or answerable; or my definition of responsibility. Any part of my life I fail to be accountable for I stay powerless over. I don’t want to be powerful but I do want my life to be properly managed by God, and in this I must be accountable.
The more we hand our accountability over to others, the more power we give to whoever accepts our accountability. If I don’t accept accountability for my life, there is a good chance I will fail to rise above the adversity I face. We are made in God’s image and likeness and are required to be accountable for our actions. When I realize “I” failed, “I” and only “I”, can make the changes in my life that will lead me to my success. I would be farther ahead if, whenever I was part of a challenge, I always remained accountable no matter who was at fault.
We must quit looking at our government, our environment, our parents, our spouse, our friends or anyone other than ourselves in accepting accountability for our lives. It is good to be in partnership with others but we must never deny accountability for our part in the partnership. I often partner with others in an opportunity to achieve synergy or acquiring more together than we could have achieved separately. Equality means accountability. I inventory my life quite often and realize my accountability or lack of accountability by remembering…

Have you been a victim of or instigator of wrath? Wrath according to Dictionary.com is strong, stern, or fierce anger; deeply resentful indignation; vengeance or punishment as the consequence of anger. The Bible uses the word wroth, which wrath finds its origin. All of our English language derives its origin from interpretation of languages. In my research and in my long following of Emmet Fox I find that the word wroth was used to describe God’s emotion, while God doesn’t have emotion as it is a human response to love and fear and God only knows love.
Wroth means God’s activity and not a word connected with anger, which is derived from fear. We are made in God’s image and likeness and are given free will. It is God’s will that we follow the plan we were given by God, which is embedded in our DNA. When we follow our Ego and move in a direction contrary to God’s will we resist God activity or wroth and anytime we resist God or universal energy there is resistance, therefore pain is involved. When we feel pain we may believe that this is punishment from God and actually it is merely God trying to draw us back into Its plan.
Wrath, according to our current vocabulary, is rage, rage is anger, anger is fear and God is not fear. Fear is the shadow created by our turning from the light or God. God is light. God is life. God is truth. God is love. God is intelligence. God is soul. God is spirit. God is principle. But God is not FEAR!!! It is this concept of God that is behind terrorism. It is this concept of God that has been behind every reprehensible act in our history. We must stop using wrath to dictate our understanding of God and get back to following God, which is found by remembering…
