Self-esteem is how we see ourselves or esteem ourselves.  We can only honestly accomplish this if we understands our heritage; SPIRITUAL HERITAGE!!! We are all made in the image and likeness of our creator.  As our physical DNA is an identical combination of our mother's and father's DNA, our spiritual DNA is identical to our creator.

We are PERFECT in God's sight and no other opinion of us is necessary.  God is pure grace and grace is unconditional love; UNCONDITIONAL!  People, polluted with their humanism, do not have the ability to practice grace as we are a judgmental race.  It is the constant debate created by our Ego that undermines our esteem. Our minds are consumed with opinions of us offered us by our critics and supporters alike.  The truth is that we are perfect and must follow our allotted goals and plans, which are embedded in our soul.

With meditation and prayer one can re-associate ourselves with the truth if we remember...

Our lives are PERFECT!
